We offer our expertise to find the right business.  Acting for you, we are independent of vendors and business brokers.  We work with you, for you and your accountant and solicitor to ensure you get a fair deal and find the most appropriate business. After the initial introduction, we work through a logical process to achieve our result.

  • - We organise a meeting with you, to clarify the purpose of the investment and crystallise your brief.
  • - We determine the level of investment, industry wish list, geographical preference, and how the purchase is going to be financed.

- We then go into the market on your behalf, to assess options to match the brief as specifically as possible.

- We will look at opportunities: assess the viability of the business and when we believe a possible match can be made, introduce you to the business.

- Once assessed and the decision is made to proceed, we will negotiate with the vendor or agent, to secure the business on your desired terms and conditions.

- We will engage for you our accountant to provide for you due diligence review of the business prior to entering into a final contract. A due diligence review includes a detailed review of the business, financial, accounting and legal areas of the target business from the beginning of negotiations to the close of the transaction.

- We will introduce you to an appropriate finance institution to assess relevant funding levels.

- Having completed the purchase, we will introduce you to a professional business adviser particular from the same industry - how manage the business in country what you do not know.

Our  cost for the service

Retainer fee.The purpose of the retainer is our way of sifting through those investors who are serious about making a purchase, and those who are not yet committed.It is a partial payment of the success fee, and fully refunded from any success fee.

Charges a Success Fee is 2.9% plus GST, of the total purchase price of any business we introduce to our clients that they ultimately purchase. This fee is only charged if our client purchases a business as a result of our introduction. The minimum success fee of $3,000 US applies.

We initially charge an application fee of $1500 US to be retained, and this fee is fully refunded from any success fee.
